The office building from the 1970s on the border of Munich's Arabellapark has aged: Its floor plans and common spaces need an urgent update in order to become attractive again for new tenants. To the outside the house maintains its expression: the facade, along with the characteristic pagoda roof, will be preserved and renovated. The aim of the project is a low-tech refurbishment of the building envelope with maximum preservation of the existing building fabric.
