After designing and carrying out the production facilities of the Munich based ice cream brand Del Fiore Gelato, we were commissioned to redesign their offices. A series of steal and wood structures reorganize the space. Their character and materiality respond to the industrial architecture of the building as well as to the manual work of the ice cream manufacturing itself.
